By accessing, registering, contributing, publishing content, becoming a Network Partner, or using any service of Lawyerspress.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all future amendments.

2. Identity of Website

2.1 The official website of Lawyerspress is https://lawyerspress.in.

2.2 Lawyerspress.in is an independent legal publishing platform dedicated to promoting legal knowledge, supporting advocates, Bar Associations, legal institutions, judicial awareness, police reforms, administrative reforms, and responsible legal journalism.

3. Network Partnership

3.1 Lawyerspress.in may establish City, District, State, and Special Category Network Partners throughout India.

3.2 Acceptance, suspension, termination, or renewal of any Network Partnership shall remain solely at the discretion of Lawyerspress.in.

4. Free Website Development Policy

4.1 Lawyerspress.in may provide website development services free of cost under promotional or partnership schemes.

4.2 Free website development includes only development charges. Domain registration, annual domain renewal, VPS hosting, cloud hosting, email hosting, SSL certificates, CDN services, backups, migration, technical support, maintenance, security services, and all recurring services shall be chargeable annually.

4.3 Unless expressly agreed in writing, every domain name registered through Lawyerspress.in shall remain the exclusive property of Lawyerspress.in.

4.4 Domain ownership shall be transferred only where Lawyerspress.in grants freehold ownership rights under a separate written agreement.

5. Technical Platform

5.1 Lawyerspress.in primarily develops websites using WordPress CMS, Linux VPS servers, cloud infrastructure, CDN services, modern web technologies, and industry-standard security practices.

6. Premium Features

6.1 Premium themes, paid plugins, API integrations, AI tools, custom programming, mobile applications, SEO services, branding, graphics, videos, marketing services, and any additional features requested by the website owner shall be chargeable separately.

7. Editorial Policy

7.1 Every advocate, writer, blogger, editor, journalist, contributor, Network Partner, or guest author shall be solely responsible for the legality, originality, authenticity, copyright compliance, images, documents, videos, opinions, and consequences of the content published by them.

7.2 Lawyerspress.in shall not be liable for any civil, criminal, copyright, trademark, privacy, defamation, or other legal consequences arising from user-generated content.

8. No Remuneration Policy

8.1 No salary, honorarium, remuneration, commission, royalty, professional fee, incentive, reimbursement, or monetary benefit shall be payable for writing articles, blogs, news reports, legal opinions, case analyses, research papers, or any voluntary contribution.

8.2 Every contribution shall be deemed voluntary in support of the mission of promoting legal awareness and legal journalism.

9. Intellectual Property

10.2 Lawyerspress.in reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account involved in hacking, unauthorized access, fake news, copyright infringement, malware distribution, impersonation, abusive activities, or misuse of the platform.

21. Arbitration

21.1 Every dispute arising out of membership, Network Partnership, publishing services, website development, hosting services, technical support, editorial matters, or these Terms and Conditions shall first be referred to a Sole Arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

22. Jurisdiction

22.1 Subject to arbitration, all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts at Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

23. Acceptance

23.1 Continued access to or use of Lawyerspress.in constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
